Dr. Meredith Bailey
Dr. Meredith Bailey received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from James Madison University and a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Case School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Bailey completed her residency training for Advanced Education in General Dentistry from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine.
Upon completion of her training, Dr. Bailey joined the faculty of the Boston University School of Dental Medicine and served for 3 years as an attending doctor at the Boston University Dental Health Center. She was also chairperson of the Dental Materials Committee at Boston University and is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry and the American Dental Association.
Dr. Bailey enjoys helping patients improve their smiles through treatment and education. Some of Dr. Bailey’s favorite activities include volunteering, golfing, and ski racing in the White Mountains.

Dr. Richard Dumas - Partner
Dr. Richard Dumas graduated from New York University College of Dentistry in 2003. Upon graduation he completed a post-graduate residency in General Dentistry at Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. Prior to dental school, Dr. Dumas completed a Master of Science degree in molecular biology at the McGill University Montreal Children’s Hospital Research Institute in Quebec, Canada. In 2007, Dr. Dumas became a partner of Parsi-Osorio Dental after joining the practice in 2004.
Dr. Dumas is a member of the American Dental Association and National Dental Honors Society. In his free time, he enjoys hockey, snowboarding, golf, surfing, playing the drums, and writing songs on the guitar. |

Dr. Timothy Goslee
Dr. Timothy Goslee received his DMD degree from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine in 2007. While a student there, he was elected class president and received the American College of Dentists Award for outstanding performance throughout his education. In Connecticut, Dr. Goslee was a volunteer for the Special Olympics and the South Park Homeless Shelter, providing dental examinations, treatment, and referrals. He completed two oral surgery externships in Paraguay and a pediatric dentistry externship at Connecticut Childrens Medical Center prior to graduation.
Dr. Goslee completed his Residency in General Dentistry at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where he was an elected member of the Resident Council. He also completed an intensive postgraduate course in esthetic dentistry at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry.
In his free time, Dr. Goslee enjoys playing guitar and singing, writing songs, cooking, skiing, playing pond-hockey, Red Sox baseball, and trying to catch striped bass. |

Dr. Hidetada Moroi
Originally from Japan, Dr. Hidetada Moroi received his DDS in 1990. He completed his post-graduate training in Periodontology at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine 1995.
Dr. Moroi has taught at the Department of Periodontology, Tufts University School of Dental Medicine since 1996, and currently holds a faculty position as Assistant Clinical Professor. He is also a diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology.
Dr. Moroi is actively involved in the continuing education of dentists both in the United States and Japan, giving lectures and seminars in the fields of Periodontology and Implant Dentistry. He participates as an active member of the American Academy of Periodontology, the Academy of Osseointegration, American Dental Association, and the Massachusetts Dental Society.
Dr. Moroi enjoys cooking, and his dream is to open a restaurant. |

Dr. Julian Osorio - Partner
Dr. Julian Osorio, originally from Colombia, South America, received his DMD in 1979. He completed his post-graduate training in Prosthodontics in 1983 and received a Master of Science in Dentistry in 1984 from Boston University.
Currently Dr. Osorio holds a position as Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Prosthodontics and Operative Dentistry at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, where he has been on the faculty since 1984.
As a partner of Watkin Osorio Dental Associates DDS, PC in Boston and Parsi Osorio Dumas, PLLC in Exeter, NH he is devoted to Prosthodontics, Restorative and Implant Dentistry. He is also the founder of Atlantis, patient-specific abutments utilizing the latest computer technology which was acquired by Astra Tech, Inc a wholly owned subsidiary of Astra Zeneca AB one of the world largest pharmaceutical and medical devises manufacturers in the world.
Dr. Osorio gives numerous lectures around the world. He is an active member of the American Academy of Osseointegration, International Congress of Oral Implantologists, American Dental Association, the Massachusetts Dental Society and is the Past President of the Massachusetts section of the American College of Prosthodontics of which he is also an active member to date. He has recently been appointed to the Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine Dean’s Board of Advisors. |

Dr. F. Thomas Parsi - Partner
Dr. Thomas Parsi grew up in Irmo, South Carolina and attended the University of South Carolina where he received a Bachelor of Science
degree in Biology. Dr. Parsi received his Doctor of Dental Surgery
degree
from University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 1998. While in
school, he worked with the National Service Corps on health promotion
and disease prevention projects and was a two time recipient of the
Health Education Award from the US Department of Health and Human
Services.
Dr. Parsi completed a residency in Advanced General Dentistry and a
fellowship in General Dentistry, both at the University of
Connecticut
School of Dental Medicine. His residency program had heavy
emphasis in
Pediatrics, geriatrics and oral surgery. During his residency
training
Dr. Parsi simultaneously practiced general dentistry at a private
practice in central Connecticut.
Dr. Parsi served 8 years in the United States Army as a dental medical
officer and medical triage officer providing dentistry and urgent
medical
care for the active military personnel in a field hospital.
Dr. Parsi enjoys the varied challenges of general dentistry, and the
many opportunities to positively effect patients' lives by improving
their smiles and their general oral health. In particular he
appreciates the daily interactions with his patients. Away from the
practice, he enjoys spending time with his family and outdoor
activities. |
